hello! so sorry for not dropping a few these last few days, don't worry I didn't bail out on you ;) or run out of tips oh noooo! been a bit under the weather and so has my son so I needed to take some time out.
So now that i'm back, let's continue shall we? so where were we?
Simple romantic gestures number 6.
Tell her/him that they don't need to do anything they do not need to and mean it. This may sound trivial but it means a lot to those who feel under pressure to perform or always do something to make their significant other happy! telling them to relax is a sure way to take your relationship and friendship to the next level and removing any pressures they may be under.

5. Do something different every date night(if you do not have a date night maybe you should backtrack and start with that :)) it could be a new venue or even a different theme....

4. Tell her she's the only girl you love and make sure it's not a lie ;)

you could try saying it with a well thought out gift or an all out romantic weekend!

3. Hugs Hugs Hugs! you can never go wrong with hugs! hug when you are saying hello, when you're saying goodbye, even if you just have to go away for a few minutes! and like everything else, be sincere about it and try not to smother :) walking arm in arm is also a cool alternative to holding arms too....

2. Cook for each other...
Put aside the age old tradition of waiting for her to make your meals while you check what's new on the news. Surprise her by offering to share the responsibility and for those of you who would probably need the fire extinguisher as a cooking companion if you ever tried, sit with her while she cooks. Tell her about your day and LISTEN when she begins to talk about hers. Ladies, when he offers, don't sit around telling him he should have put the pepper before the salt, just let him do his thing and show him you appreciate his new found efforts cos romance does begin in the kitchen.....

30 days of romance........
I've always said romance is a way of life, romantic gestures should come naturally to everyone in a relationship and if you are not prone to it, there's always help...wink! so let's  try out a full 30 days of simple stuff and see where it takes us ok?

1. Whisper to each other especially in public.
when you are out with friends or out and about try to always make eye contact and look for something to whisper about. whatever you whisper about doesn't have to make much sense but take care not to make it look like you are faking it or else you will be secretly laughed at by your friends! here goes then.....
